A5: Wise Mind Matters
The Wise Mind Matters (WMM) module is broken up into eight lessons.
The greatest crisis young people in our modern day often face is the malnourishment of their self worth. This has devastating consequences on themselves and those around them. This module educates students on some of the 'wise mind' strategies developed by Dr. Marsha Linehan, the developer of Dialectical Behavior Therapy. It offers fantastic activities to help participants turn theories about mental health in practical steps they can implement in their daily lives to live 'wisely'.
